Documenting

Note

Stub -- fill in once there's real API content to document (see borco/lexilla-py#4). For now, this project intends to follow the same pattern as pyside6-scintilla's docs/documenting.md: MkDocs + Material, previewed locally with make docs-serve, built with mkdocs build --strict in CI (.github/workflows/docs.yml).
